Western-style meal biscuits:It contains cream, butter, trans fat, essence and pigment, and has too many calories, which leads to obesity.
Soda cola food:It contains too much phosphoric acid, carbonic acid and sugar, and takes away calcium from the body.
Convenience foods:Instant noodles and puffed food are too high in salt, preservatives and essence, and only have less calories and nutrition.

Scientific drinking water and moderate drinking water
Water is the source of life, it is the main component of human tissues, and it also plays a role in substance metabolism, transportation carrier, body temperature regulation, moisture and lubrication. After waking up every morning, you can drink a cup of boiled water first, which can prevent gallstones.
Without water, we may not survive for a few days. But in some cases, excessive drinking water will also affect the oxygen exchange ability of whole body cells and increase the burden on organs such as heart and kidney.
Be tolerant of others and have a balanced mind.
Everyone has his own shortcomings and advantages. Not everyone is equally excellent. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Accept your own shortcomings, lower your expectations, relax appropriately, and don’t insist too much on some small things and make concessions without violating the principles.

Some people think that I am old, should I quit smoking? In fact, it’s never too late to quit smoking, of course, the sooner the better.

We should also ensure a combination of work and rest, exercise properly, and sleep for 7-8 hours every day, so that our spirit and physical strength can be restored. Because of lack of sleep, our work efficiency is low, and we are prone to fatigue, decreased immunity and aging.
It is wise to take precautions to ensure health. Enhancing our immunity can not only help us resist aging when necessary, but also help us resist diseases in case of emergency.
