[Poverty alleviation in action] "Green poverty alleviation" knocks on the door of getting rich in the mountains

Xinhua Hefei July 5 (Li Dongbiao) When photovoltaic power generation meets Ganoderma lucidum, what kind of "sparks" will it make? Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, located in the hinterland of Dabie Mountain, gave the answer: the income doubled.

"Ganoderma lucidum likes a cool growth environment and can be planted under a photovoltaic greenhouse. It does not need to occupy additional land and can maximize land use." In Dawan Village, Huashi Township, Jinzhai County, He Jiazhi, secretary of the Party branch of the village, calculated an account: by developing photovoltaic power stations, the average annual income of poor households can reach more than 3,000 yuan; In addition, participating in the cultivation and management of Ganoderma lucidum can also earn additional wage income for migrant workers.

In recent years, Jinzhai County has deeply explored resources such as photovoltaic industry, tourism industry and planting industry, and explored a new path of "green poverty alleviation" to help poor households move out of poverty, cut off their roots and find rich businesses. It not only makes the mountain village look brand new, but also drives more poor people to get rid of poverty and become rich.

Greening: Benefit from "Agriculture and Light Complementarity"

Early in the morning, Cheng Dongjun, a poor household, came to the Dendrobium planting base in the photovoltaic greenhouse and began to clean up weeds. "Working here is close to home, working seven or eight hours a day, mainly doing some auxiliary work such as watering and mowing grass, and earning more than 2,000 yuan a month." Cheng Dongjun said.

The place where Cheng Dongjun works is located in Xinyi Photovoltaic Industrial Park in Jinzhai County, which has now developed into an eco-agricultural park integrating photovoltaic power generation, agricultural planting, leisure and sightseeing.

According to reports, the agricultural park has introduced soilless culture, water and fertilizer integrated spray (drip) irrigation technology, and carried out fruit and vegetable planting, tea seed cultivation and Dendrobium cultivation. In addition, the gap between outdoor photovoltaic modules is used to improve the soil, and 1060 mu of cash crops such as peas, peanuts and clover are planted. Traditional agricultural cultivation has been played with "new tricks".

However, no one would have thought that it used to be a wasteland. In just a few years, the barren hills, which used to be poor in grass and cold smoke, were covered with green "new clothes", and generate was full of vitality.

"The roof of photovoltaic greenhouse can generate electricity, and the green economy is developed in the greenhouse, which is ‘ Complementary agriculture and light ’ The model will effectively increase the output benefit and promote the local economic and ecological development. " Zhou Bingxiang, a staff member of Jinzhai County Economic and Information Committee, said.

Zhou Bingxiang introduced that the annual power generation of the project can reach 220 million kWh, and the annual power generation output value is 220 million yuan. If the income from large-scale planting and breeding is counted, the annual total output value is close to 300 million yuan, and the annual tax payment is more than 30 million yuan, which will drive more than 200 farmers around to increase their income.

Protecting Green: Eco-tourism Enriching People’s Livelihood

In Xiaonanjing Village, not far from the Eco-agricultural Park, there is an open-air farming culture museum built on a hillside, which focuses on traditional agricultural handicraft experience projects such as farmyard, waterwheel, stone mill, and reef, as well as rich folk collections, and has become a favorite place for many tourists.

Qi Wei, director of the Agricultural Culture Museum, is a collector. He has collected countless collections from various places and receives many research and tourism groups every year. In his view, in recent years, with the continuous advancement of ecological construction, eco-tourism and folk tourism have gradually become popular and become rich industries.

Relying on rich ecological and human resources, Xiaonanjing Village established Jinhe Agricultural Experience Park in 2013 to develop rural tourism. Through the form of "company+farmer", idle houses were transformed into "farm yard" and cultural tourism activities such as study tours were carried out to attract many groups of tourists to visit and experience.

In the agricultural experience park, lotus flowers are in full bloom.

Today, the village not only enlivens the tourism industry, but also drives more than 160 poor households to find jobs. Poor households can find jobs at home without leaving their homes, and eco-tourism has become a new bright spot for poor villagers to get rich and increase their income.

Love green: green water and green hills show smiles.

Huangyan Village, Huashi Township, Jinzhai County, is a poverty-stricken village integrating immigrants from alpine mountainous areas and reservoir areas, and its development foundation is relatively weak. How to achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich? The village turned its attention to planting golden pears.

Speaking of the development advantages of Huangyan Village, Wan Xuejun, secretary of the Party branch of the village, is full of pride. According to him, Huangyan Village has beautiful scenery and beautiful ecological environment, which is suitable for developing the golden pear planting industry. Benefiting from the good local natural ecology, the golden pears produced here are thin-skinned and juicy, with flat and huge fruit shape, and the maximum single fruit can reach 1800 grams.

Yuan Xuqing, a big planter, is weeding in the orchard.

"The environment here is particularly good, the temperature difference between day and night is large, the sunshine time is long, and the fruit produced is particularly sweet." While planting golden pears, Yuan Xuqing, a large planter, also developed under-forest aquaculture and raised chickens, geese and other poultry. Weeds can be used as feed for poultry, and poultry feces can be used as fertilizer fields in turn, which can serve multiple purposes.

At present, the village has planted nearly 500 mu of golden pears. It is estimated that the output of golden pears will reach 150,000 Jin this year, and the annual income is expected to reach 1.2 million yuan.

In Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, people in Huangyan Village have benefited from ecological planting. Not long ago, the village took out more than 80 thousand yuan from the collective economic income for the first time and distributed it to all villagers as dividends, which is the first time in the history of the village. "In the future, Huangpi Village will get better and better, and the days of ordinary people will be more and more eager." Wan Xuejun said.
