In order to adapt to the national situation, adjust the development direction of enterprises and carry out the reform to the end, FAW Group launched this top-down deepening personnel system reform on September 18th.
The Technology Center is the first unit to deepen the reform of the Group Company, and it is also the most difficult and involves the widest number of personnel. Therefore, the leaders at all levels of the Group Company attach great importance to it, and at the same time, it has won the understanding and support of all employees.
The R&D Institute established after the reform is mainly responsible for the development of Hongqi series vehicle products. At the same time, it is also responsible for the development of powertrain, basic platform, basic module, CAE, NVH, vehicle trial-production test and other fields of passenger car business of the group company.
