It is understood that Sanya Bonded Logistics Center belongs to Type B, which means that it is operated by an enterprise legal person in China, and many enterprises enter and engage in bonded warehousing logistics business. Compared with the A-type bonded logistics center established by a single legal person and operating bonded logistics services, the B-type bonded logistics center is more open, with higher approval and acceptance standards and lower entry threshold for enterprises.
The goods in this cross-border e-commerce package are glasses, which were shipped from abroad by an e-commerce company, imported to Sanya, Hainan on February 24, and mailed to customers by express delivery after being checked and counted by Sanya Customs staff on the morning of the 25th.
According to the relevant person in charge of Sanya Customs, cross-border e-commerce bonded retail import refers to the consumption behavior of consumers in China who purchase goods from overseas through the third-party platform operators of cross-border e-commerce and transport them to the border through bonded logistics centers or special customs supervision areas. Sanya Bonded Logistics Center can provide bonded warehouses for all kinds of import and export goods, and under the supervision of the customs, it can carry out functions and services such as bonded warehousing, simple processing of liquidity, global procurement, international distribution and distribution, entrepot trade and international transit.
