[Online] GAC Trumpchi recently announced the new trend of its new energy model E9 PHEV. A new model called "Super Charge Edition" will be officially launched on November 12. This update not only brings the luxury experience of the second-row zero-gravity seats, but also upgrades the 20-speaker sound system to provide passengers with more immersive music enjoyment.
Despite the name "Supercharge Edition", GAC Trumpchi has not disclosed the battery performance and charging technology details of the new car in detail. In terms of price, referring to the official guide price of the existing E9 model, the starting price is 319,800 yuan, and the new model is expected to be adjusted on this basis.
In terms of appearance design, the E9 supercharged version maintains the stable style of the current model, the double-sided electric sliding door is equipped to enhance the convenience of use, and the taillight adopts a unique design combining horizontal penetration and vertical cutting. All models are equipped with 18-inch wheels, showing a strong dynamic atmosphere.
In terms of interior, the new car continues to use the seven-seat layout of 2 + 2 + 3, and is equipped with three large-size screens, including a 12.3-inch high definition LCD instrument panel, a 14.6-inch floating center control screen, and a 12.3-inch co-pilot entertainment screen, providing drivers and passengers with a rich infotainment experience. The new car also has upgraded trunk space and is equipped with 270-degree surround double-layer soundproof glass, and a 20-speaker sound system provided by Yamaha, creating an extremely quiet and high-quality cabin environment.
In terms of power system, although GAC Trumpchi has not yet specified the technical details of the super-charged version, with reference to the power configuration of the current E9, the new car is likely to continue to be equipped with a 2.0T system, which can achieve a combined maximum power of 274 kW, a peak torque of 630 Nm, and a 2-speed DHT gearbox to provide strong and smooth driving performance.
