Yesterday (7th), the Daxing ‘anling region ushered in the first snowfall after autumn, and the ground was slippery due to the blending of snow and water. Mohe railway station started the emergency plan as soon as possible. The station cleaned the snow in time and laid anti-skid mats in key areas. The train from Mohe to Harbin is running normally. At the same time, Harbin Station and Harbin West Station added 146 passenger trains to Beijing, Shenyang and Changchun today.
The weather in Beijing has also changed. The weather forecast shows that the rainy weather will last for about three days from today, and the temperature will drop by 10 degrees. The Beijing Bureau of China Railway covering the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is expected to send 1.51 million passengers today. Tourist trains from Tianjin to Beijing and Shanghai started early this morning, and the number of additional trains in Harbin, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, Xi ‘an and Shijiazhuang will reach 160 pairs.
Zhengzhou and Taiyuan, which are closely linked with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, have also increased their transportation capacity today. Zhengzhou Bureau of China Railway is expected to send more than 1 million passengers today, and 222 passenger trains will be opened in popular directions such as Zhengzhou to Shanghai, Xi ‘an, Wuhan, Luoyang to Beijing, Chongqing, Puyang to Beijing and Qingdao. There are also 4 night high-speed trains in Beijing and Shanghai. Taiyuan Bureau of China Railway added 19 EMU trains from Taiyuan, Datong and Linfen to Beijing, and reconnected 44 high-speed EMUs in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu, thus comprehensively relieving the passenger flow pressure in the peak direction.
