When the 120 ambulance arrived, she was already dead. According to witnesses at that time, the BMW slowed down slightly after running over people, but then accelerated to leave the scene. After verification, the vehicle involved was a BMW 740 with the license plate number of Guangdong D/A9925, and the traffic police department immediately went to Shantou to bring the BMW driver Weng back to Shenzhen for investigation. On March 7 this year, the traffic police bureau decided that the driver of the BMW was not responsible.
