"The strongest recruitment" resembles "tailor-made"
"Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities, with foreign bachelor’s degree, major in international accounting, CET-4, Pingnan household registration, female, under the age of 25." This recruitment document, dubbed by netizens as "resume", was once an open recruitment notice of the charge bill management office under the Finance Bureau of Pingnan County, Ningde City, Fujian Province. As soon as this recruitment condition is met, the daughter of a director is left alone.
On November 11th, 2010, netizen "lifesummer" posted a recruitment notice in Tianya Community with the title of "Notice on Public Recruitment of Staff in County Toll Bill Management Office".
The first part of the announcement, "Recruitment Plan and Conditions", stipulated in detail: "Recruitment quota is 1. Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, with a bachelor’s degree from abroad, major in international accounting, CET-4, Pingnan household registration, female, under the age of 25. " What is puzzling is that the announcement does not mention anything about the position of the staff to be recruited.
The announcement also said that if the number of applicants is equal to the planned number, the written test will be exempted and only interviews and assessments will be conducted. It is understood that on April 8, 2010, Sanya Human Resources and Social Security Bureau posted on its website "Announcement on Recruitment of Staff in Sanya New Rural Endowment Insurance Service Center and Sanya Small Loan Guarantee Center" for Sanya students under the age of 30 to recruit staff. Among them, the guarantee center recruits four positions: financial management, computer management, legal post and comprehensive management, and the welfare benefits of the admitted personnel will be implemented in accordance with the standards of institutions with full financial allocation in Sanya.
